THE TAKOZ™-MODEL

A Boeing 747 was brought to a halt by a wooden chock smaller than a shoebox.

The pilot didn’t see it. The ground crew knew it was there, however. Yet nobody asked about it. Nobody was authorised. Nobody took action.

THE PATTERN

Organisations do not stagnate due to a lack of talent or an ineffective strategy.
