Valuable resources are wasted every day due to unclear roles.

Not because people lack the necessary motivation – but because the structure is misaligned.


I clarify roles, responsibilities and interfaces within teams, management levels and project structures in a structured and impartial manner, with the aim of ensuring efficient collaboration afterwards.

Exemplary circumstances:

  • New leadership roles or reorganisations, when responsibilities need to be redistributed, are a key factor.
  • Entwined roles and joint obligations – when it is no longer obvious who determines what.
  • Growth phases, when established structures are no longer sufficient.
  • Friction in day-to-day operations is characterised by teams who, in principle, have the capacity to function effectively, but this does not translate into practice.

My approach:

What isn’t working is identified – without blame being assigned, but with a clear-eyed perspective.

I design structures that clearly define responsibilities and establish clear expectations among all those involved.
