As an external, neutral facilitator, I support executive teams, management groups and project teams in making decisions, setting goals and coordinating processes, thereby creating clarity where internal dynamics are holding them back.

When options are unclear, priorities are lacking or decision-making within the system has stalled, these are signs that action is required.
I establish a framework in which options can be evaluated, consequences made transparent, and sound decisions reached.
Goal clarification and alignment:
When teams, management levels or project stakeholders have different ideas about goals.
I oversee the goal clarification process until a shared, binding vision has been established.
Strategy development and design:
Direction is required when change processes, repositioning or periods of expansion take place.
I guide the process, from identifying the problem to establishing a basis for action.
Multilingual facilitation:
In German, English and Turkish – for international teams and organisations.
