My role as an external facilitator involves guiding processes such as decision-making, goal-setting and coordination. This helps to create clarity where internal dynamics might otherwise prevent it.

The exercise of leadership is predicated on introspection – and, on occasion, an external perspective that is not restricted by internal hierarchies.
I support leaders in clarifying roles, responsibilities, and leadership issues in a structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented manner.

Unclear roles, missing interfaces and diffuse responsibilities cost organisations resources every day. I structure, clarify and design processes to ensure collaboration works.
Corporate Awareness & Responsible Leadership
Leadership carries responsibility – towards people, cultures and values.
I design workshops, seminars and training sessions on subjects as diverse as diversity, intercultural communication, ethics and compliance, and responsible leadership.
